Demo: Customer Insights

This demo looks at the Customer Insights feature in the Sales Pulse lead management platform. Customer Insight enables you to:

  • View key metrics about customer accounts

  • See notes from previous interactions

  • Identify lost sales opportunities and product recommendations for cross-selling and upselling.

You can also filter the lost sales and recommendations tables, and drill down into past transaction details to help sales reps prioritise accounts and maximise revenue.
