Partner Levels

Referral Partner

You send us a lead, and we close the deal. There’s no need to qualify these leads, just pass them on.

You’ll earn 10% commission on the first year’s subscription.

Sales Partner

You qualify the sale, and we handle the close, implementation, onboarding and support.

For this, you’ll receive a 25% commission on the first year’s subscription.

Reseller Partner

You manage the sale, we handle implementation, and you provide ongoing customer success services.

This earns you a 40% commission for the lifetime of the customer’s subscription.

Commission Rate Card

Referral and Sales partners will only receive commission payments for the first year of the Sales Pulse subscription. Resellers will receive commission payments for the full lifetime of the customer’s subscription, provided they maintain customer success and stay up to date with changes in the product.

Program FAQs

  • The Sales Pulse Partner Program allows you to earn a commission by referring clients who can benefit from Sales Pulse.

  • To qualify a lead, you will need to ask key questions about their sales processes, challenges, and use of MYOB. These questions help determine if Sales Pulse is a good fit for their needs. After gathering this information, submit the answers to Sales Pulse. 

  • Once you submit a referral, Sales Pulse will review and further qualify the lead. If the lead is approved and they sign up, you will start earning a commission. 

  • You can earn up to 40% commission on the sale price depending on the type of partner you choose to become.  

  • Sales Pulse complements existing CRM systems by focusing on actionable insights and lead management rather than just record-keeping. It adds value by enhancing sales performance and identifying lost opportunities. 

  • Off the shelf, no. But Sales Pulse offers a three-month guarantee on the setup fee. If the client isn’t satisfied within the first three months, they can request a refund—other costs may still apply for advanced customization. 

  • Sales Pulse offers customization options at certain subscription levels, particularly for enterprise clients. Customization can be discussed during the onboarding process. 

  • After a client is qualified and decides to move forward, the next steps include finalising the subscription and beginning the onboarding process, where Sales Pulse will ensure a smooth implementation.
